About the role
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO on the work that matters most. Your responsibility will be both broad and deep: wherever the biggest opportunity or hardest challenge sits, that's where you go. You'll own initiatives, turn ambiguity into clear plans, and build the systems that lead to fast growth and lean operations.

Your background
- Quantitative/STEM degree from a tier-1 university
- 2+ years of experience in management consultancy, investment banking or scale-up technology company
- Exceptional problem solving ability and track record as a high achiever

- AI-pilled
