General Summary:

The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for the planning and execution of programs, projects, and specialized initiatives that provide a channel for sales to gain exposure to prospects. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to provide a direct communication channel for prospects to become introduced and connected to various values ConnectWise offers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides support to the Marketing teams, with a high attention to detail

• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings

• May coach and review the work of other team members

• Travels for events, performs demos of all products, and collects sales leads

• Engages cross-functionally to drive interest in events to increase participation

• Maintains an up to date understanding of our corporate strategies to accurately represent our Ecosystem

strategy externally

• Analyzes complex problems, creating and managing new solutions by leveraging existing event

development approaches

• Plans and executes trade shows, road shows, and user conferences

• Manages event logistics, services, and pre- and post-event campaign promotions remain on time and

within budget

• Partners with content creators to plan necessary content for speaking sessions and social media coverage

• Manages existing programs with clear measurable goals

• Analyzes and presents post-event or post-program reporting and analysis, including ROI and KPI metrics

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required :

• Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision

• Advanced knowledge of applicable work area

• Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirements

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills

• Advanced ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing goals to meet deadlines

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience

• Preferred: B2B event experience

Working Conditions:

• Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location

• 40-50% travel may be required
