The EMEA Electronic Security Systems & Supplier Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, technical oversight, and service delivery governance of electronic security systems across the EMEA region.

The role serves as the primary interface between the client, suppliers, and internal delivery teams, ensuring the successful delivery of security systems services, projects, and operational support in accordance with established standards, SLAs, KPIs, budgets, and contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate will combine the technical credibility of a senior security systems leader, the operational discipline of a service delivery manager, and the commercial and stakeholder management capability of a supplier manager, ensuring world-class electronic security services are delivered consistently across the EMEA region.

What you will do...

Lead, develop, coach, and mentor a team of electronic security professionals across EMEA.

Conduct performance reviews, development planning, succession planning, and regular one-to-one meetings.

Act as the primary escalation point for technical, operational, and service delivery issues.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.

Provide technical leadership and root cause analysis for electronic security incidents, identifying underlying issues, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous service improvement across EMEA security systems.

Maintain accountabilities for all services delivered under the agreed scope of work.

Internal governance processes

Coordinate planning, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Build and maintain trusted technical advisor relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Support strategic account management and contribute to long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in electronic security systems, physical security, or security operations.

Proven experience leading technical and operational teams across multiple countries or regions.

Demonstrated success managing suppliers, vendors, and third-party service providers.

Strong experience delivering SLA and KPI-driven service environments.

Experience managing enterprise-scale security programs and projects.

Strong stakeholder, customer engagement, and relationship management skills.

Experience operating within multinational, critical infrastructure, or data centre environments.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and reporting tools.

Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
