Dog daycare assistant - including out of hours care

Role description

Daycare 4 Dogs has a 5 star reputation and been going since 2007. We are passionate about making dogs lives better through our care and by donating our profits to our very own Dogs 4 Rescue (separate site)

Daycare4Dogs provides all the dogs who stay with us large areas to run and play in both inside and out. We have different sections for all of the different types of dogs we have in and make sure all dogs are with similar energy dogs and those with the same play styles so they can all have the best day.

We need some more Daycare assistants to join our experienced team and help out in a range of roles to assist in the caring of all dogs who attend the Daycare. This could be weekend or evening work as required and candidates must be flexible with this. We run 365 days a year and it is a vocation rather than just a job to our staff.

You will ensure the safety and happiness of all the dogs within our care. This role will require you to cover all areas of the Daycare day to day, from cleaning up after, grooming and supervising dogs to dealing with customers, daily admin and gathering content for social media. You are to portray our Business Values and Ethics day to day and make sure that every dog we care for gets everything they need.

To be considered you will be experienced in handling a wide range of groups of dogs, be energetic, positive and responsible, trustworthy and with a friendly, positive, can do attitude.

M ust have previous similar paid experience

M ust be in commuting distance of M22 4SP

Must be able and willing to work weekends and Night Shifts at times.
