Qualifications

Essential

  • Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration, teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification, experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, HR experience, knowledge of sales and marketing, understanding of budget management, track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
