Are you looking to progress your leadership skills and be at the forefront of change? We are seeking a Community Nursing Sister/Qualified District Nurse to work within our integrated Primary Care Hub, which covers the Bedford in Bedfordshire. This is a friendly, dedicated and supportive team where professional guidance is readily available. Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone who is dynamic and motivated and has the confidence to support, coach and develop individuals to deliver consistently high quality services. You will also be required to manage your own caseload, which will be aligned to the residential homes within the area. Excellent communication and time management skills, and sound clinical knowledge, is essential. A flexible approach is required to accommodate the changing needs of the service along with the drive to influence service development.
