Job summary
There is an exciting opportunity to become part of the OpCourage North Service whilst working for LYPFT in a permanent Clinical Team Manager role.
As CTM, you will help lead the day-to-day running of the Enhanced/Urgent element of the service across the north of England in partnership with the other CTM. You will ensure that the care we provide is safe, effective, and consistently of the highest quality. We are looking for someone with the passion, commitment, and drive to make a genuine difference to the lives of veterans experiencing mental health difficulties and in distress within a community setting.

Main duties of the job
You will be a key member of the leadership and management team within Opcourage north with an expectation to develop and maintain healthy and positive working relationships with the OpCourage North Lead provider CNTW and other key Providers within the partnership.

The post holder must hold a professional registration and have significant experience working in mental health.
