Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at

Vimy Barracks, DL9 3PS. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced

cleaning professional to take the next step in their career, leading a team and

ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained across the

site.

Job Description

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day management of the

cleaning operation, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to the highest

standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting a team of cleaners

• Allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance

• Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to the required standards

• Conducting quality checks and inspections across the site

• Supporting training and development of team members

• Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting stock requirements

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures

• Reporting maintenance issues, hazards, or defects as required

• Assisting with cleaning duties when necessary

• Maintaining accurate records and completing relevant documentation

• Previous cleaning experience

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience is desirable

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to motivate and support team members

• Knowledge of health and safety and cleaning standards

• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• DBS check required

• Security clearance required

• Must have the legal right to work in the UK
