We are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to join our team at Baker Barracks, Thorney Island, Emsworth, PO10 8DH . This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the site while working as part of a supportive team.

What you'll be doing

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining designated areas to a high standard

Disposing of waste safely and appropriately

Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the site

Cleaning accommodation, communal areas, washrooms, and welfare facilities

Reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and equipment faults to management

Working independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning schedules

Following health & safety and company procedures at all times

Supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues

About you

Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

Good communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable and punctual approach to work

Strong attention to detail

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Important Requirements

Successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check .

Enhanced Baseline Security clearance is required prior to commencing employment.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and be able to satisfy all site security requirements.
