Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Chef Supervisor to join our team at HMP Rye Hill, CV23 8SZ . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef looking to develop their leadership skills while working within a unique and rewarding catering environment.

As a Chef Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day management of the kitchen operation, ensuring high standards of food quality, food safety, and customer service are maintained at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting the kitchen team during daily operations

Assisting with the preparation, cooking, and service of meals

Ensuring food is prepared and presented to a high standard

Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards

Supporting stock control, stock rotation, and ordering procedures

Completing kitchen records, paperwork, and due diligence checks

Training and supporting team members as required

Assisting with the smooth running of kitchen shifts and service periods

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment

Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an efficient and professional catering service

Previous experience in a chef or supervisory culinary role

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to lead by example and motivate others

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude

Passion for delivering high-quality food and service

DBS check required

Must have the legal right to work in the UK
