Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Culinary Supervisor to join our team in Crumlin, BT29 4BP . This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated culinary professional to support the Head Chef in a large-scale catering operation, leading by example and helping to deliver exceptional food and service standards.

Job Description

As a Culinary Supervisor, you will work alongside the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure the successful delivery of meals throughout the day while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

Working with a team of chefs and kitchen staff, or independently where required, to deliver meals three times per day

Supervising and supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen

Preparing high-quality food within a changing menu cycle

Following specification cards and adhering to allergen management policies

Ensuring the kitchen is clean, safe, and maintained to the highest standards

Carrying out stock checks and stock control procedures accurately

Completing food safety records, due diligence paperwork, and operational documentation

Supporting occasional function work and off-site catering requirements

Using company systems to place food orders, complete stock takes, and assist with menu planning

Acting as an excellent team player and dealing professionally with any issues that arise

Undertaking relevant training and development activities as required

Relevant culinary qualification and/or significant kitchen experience

Experience working within a large-scale catering environment

Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous but is not essential

Strong understanding of food safety and allergen management procedures

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop

Strong team-working skills with the ability to lead by example

Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years

Must have the legal right to work in the UK

Must be able to obtain and maintain full security vetting

CTC clearance required (full support will be provided throughout the clearance process)
