Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager to join our team in Swindon.

What you'll be doing

Managing the daily operation of the kitchen and catering service

Leading, motivating, and developing a team to deliver exceptional food and customer service

Producing fresh, high-quality food in line with client expectations

Planning menus and supporting promotional catering activities

Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships

Monitoring food costs and ensuring budget targets are achieved

Ensuring full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards

Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Driving continuous improvement and innovation within the catering operation

Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment

Previous experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or similar catering management role

A passion for food and customer service excellence

Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience managing food costs, budgets, and stock control

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards

Food Hygiene qualification desirable
