We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Chef Manager to

lead our catering operation in Shrewsbury. This is an exciting opportunity for

an enthusiastic food professional who enjoys leading a team, delivering

exceptional food experiences, and building strong client relationships.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the day-to-day catering operation

• Leading, motivating and developing the catering team

• Preparing and serving high-quality, nutritious meals

• Managing food ordering, stock control and budgets

• Ensuring compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company

standards

• Building positive relationships with the client and customers

• Monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities to

improve efficiency

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout

the kitchen and dining areas

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a Chef Manager, Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or

similar catering leadership role

• Strong culinary skills with a passion for fresh food and great service

• Experience managing budgets, stock and food costs

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of food safety and health and safety legislation

• Ability to work independently and manage a busy operation

• Relevant food hygiene qualifications are desirable
