We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Northwood HQ. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef who takes pride in delivering high-quality food and maintaining excellent culinary standards.

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your designated section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard while supporting the wider kitchen team in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your designated section

Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with company recipes, standards, and specifications

Maintain high levels of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness at all times

Assist with stock control, stock rotation, and inventory management

Minimise food waste and support cost-control initiatives

Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations

Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and HACCP requirements

Assist with training and mentoring junior members of the kitchen team

Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials

Work collaboratively to ensure efficient service during busy periods

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for progression

A genuine passion for food and high standards of culinary excellence

Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A positive, flexible, and professional attitude

Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate

Relevant catering or professional cookery qualification

Experience working in a corporate, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or contract catering environment
