Hours: 30 hours per week, working 5 days over 7

Contract: Part Time

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our team in Hatfield . This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who enjoys preparing high-quality food, working within a professional kitchen environment, and delivering exceptional dining experiences for customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking high-quality food in line with menu specifications

Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team with daily operations

Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to a high standard

Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards

Assisting with stock control, ordering, and stock rotation

Minimising food waste and supporting cost-effective kitchen operations

Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures

Contributing ideas for menu development and service improvements

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or similar role

A passion for food and high-quality service

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Knowledge of food safety and health and safety legislation

A positive attitude and strong team-working skills

Relevant food hygiene qualifications are desirable
