Graysons are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our team in London . This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for flexible work with a leading hospitality and catering provider.

Job Description

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the kitchen, supporting the delivery of high-quality food and ensuring excellent standards of food safety, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard

Managing a designated section of the kitchen

Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team during service

Ensuring food is produced in line with recipes, specifications, and company standards

Maintaining high levels of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness

Assisting with stock control, stock rotation, and waste management

Supporting junior team members and helping to maintain a positive team culture

Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Contributing ideas for menu development and continuous improvement

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar chef position

Passion for producing high-quality food
