We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in Monkton. As Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals to company standards whilst maintaining the highest levels of food hygiene and kitchen organisation.
Actual contracted hours per week: 25
Working Days and Shift Pattern : Mon-Fri 13:00-18:00

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare fresh ingredients and food to company standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes
Assist with daily food preparation, including mise en place, cooking, and plating
Manage stock rotation and maintain accurate inventory records to minimise waste
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations
Oversee kitchen operations and contribute to a positive, efficient working atmosphere
Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety standards at all times
Previous kitchen or food preparation experience
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail and food hygiene knowledge.
