Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Chef to join our team at RM Condor, DD11 3SP . This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to join a busy catering operation, delivering high-quality meals and exceptional service as part of a supportive team.

Job Description

As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality food while maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing, cooking, and presenting meals to a high standard

Supporting daily kitchen operations and service delivery

Ensuring food is prepared in line with recipes, specifications, and dietary requirements

Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness

Supporting stock control, stock rotation, and storage procedures

Minimising food waste and ensuring efficient use of resources

Completing relevant kitchen records and due diligence documentation

Working collaboratively with the wider catering team

Following all company policies and health & safety procedures

Previous experience working as a Chef or in a similar culinary role

Passion for producing high-quality food

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Organised and able to manage time effectively

Positive and flexible approach to work

BPSS clearance required

Disclosure Scotland check required

Must have the legal right to work in the UK
