We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef to join our team in Berkeley, GL13 9PA . This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate culinary professional seeking a great work-life balance with a Monday to Thursday working pattern. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food and service while working within a supportive and professional environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality meals to a consistently high standard

Supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen operation

Ensuring all food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations are followed at all times

Assisting with menu preparation and food production to meet customer expectations

Monitoring stock levels, supporting ordering processes and reducing food waste

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment

Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience

Supporting the implementation of company standards and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience working as a Chef, Cook or in a similar catering role

A genuine passion for food and hospitality

Good knowledge of food hygiene, allergen awareness and health & safety practices

Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment

Strong organisational and time management skills

A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude

Level 2 Food Safety qualification is desirable

Flexibility, reliability and a commitment to delivering exceptional standards
