Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor to join our team in Woodstock, OX20 1LP.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Catering Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our catering operation. What you'll be doing

Supporting the management team with the daily operation of the catering service

Supervising and motivating team members to deliver excellent customer service

Ensuring food is prepared, displayed, and served to the highest standards

Assisting with stock control, ordering, and inventory management

Maintaining compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company procedures

Supporting the training and development of catering team members

Handling customer queries and ensuring a positive customer experience

Assisting with cash handling and daily administration duties as required

Ensuring the catering areas remain clean, safe, and well-presented

What we're looking for

Previous experience within a catering, hospitality, or food service environment

Experience supervising or leading a team is desirable

Strong customer service and communication skills

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices

A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
