We are currently recruiting for a Catering Assistant to join our team in NP44 4YZ. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual to become part of a friendly catering team, helping to deliver an excellent food service experience.

As a Catering Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day catering operation, ensuring customers receive great service and high-quality food throughout the day.

What you'll be doing

Serving food and beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner

Assisting with food preparation and basic kitchen duties

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service areas

Operating tills and handling customer transactions where required

Replenishing stock and ensuring service areas remain well stocked

Supporting the catering team during busy service periods

Following food safety, allergen, and health & safety procedures at all times

Assisting with setting up and clearing down service areas

About you

• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, retail, or customer service is desirable but not essential

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Reliable, flexible, and adaptable approach to work

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards

Additional information: Full security vetting & DBS checks must be passed
