Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Catering Assistant to join our team at Bexhill College in East Sussex on a Zero Hours Contract.

What you'll be doing

Serving food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner

Providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors

Assisting with food preparation and basic kitchen duties

Supporting the set-up and clear-down of service areas

Operating tills and handling transactions accurately

Replenishing stock and ensuring displays remain clean and presentable

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout catering areas

Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times

Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations

What we're looking for

A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach

Previous catering, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards

Reliability and flexibility to work shifts as required

Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
