Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Catering Assistant to join our team in Oxford.

We are looking for a Catering Assistant to support our busy catering operation, helping to create a welcoming environment while ensuring high standards of food service are maintained.

What you'll be doing

Serving food and beverages with a friendly and professional approach

Providing excellent customer service to all customers and guests

Assisting with food preparation and basic kitchen duties

Supporting the set-up and clear-down of dining and service areas

Operating tills and handling cash transactions where required

Ensuring all areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-presented

Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times

Assisting with stock replenishment and deliveries

Working collaboratively with the wider catering team to ensure smooth service delivery

Previous experience in a catering, hospitality, retail, or customer service environment is desirable but not essential

A positive and enthusiastic attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to work

Flexibility and willingness to support the wider team when needed

A passion for delivering great service
