Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Student Till Assistant to join our team at Crosskeys Campus, Coleg Gwent, Risca Road, NP11 7ZA . This is an ideal opportunity for a student studying at the college who is looking to gain valuable work experience in a customer-facing role while earning alongside their studies.

As a Student Till Assistant, you will support the catering team by providing excellent customer service and assisting with the smooth operation of food service areas.

Key responsibilities include:

Operating tills and processing cash and card payments accurately

Providing friendly and professional customer service

Assisting customers with food and beverage purchases

Replenishing stock and service areas as required

Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards around service points

Supporting the catering team during busy service periods

Following food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures at all times

Working as part of a team to create a positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

Ideally a student currently studying at Coleg Gwent, Crosskeys Campus

Must be able to commit to at least 2 shifts per week

Friendly and approachable personality

Reliable and punctual approach to work

Good communication skills

Excellent customer service attitude

Ability to work as part of a team

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Additional Requirements

Suitable for applicants aged under 18

Must have the legal right to work in the UK

Must be able to balance work commitments alongside studies
