Main duties of the job
As a Care Home Clinical Lead at Barchester, you'll use your compassion and experience to help deliver clinical care to high standards. The role involves ensuring care is in line with regulations, implementing safeguarding policies, overseeing care plans, making clinical decisions, managing projects, and evolving care levels. You will also provide coaching and mentoring to update the team with latest clinical developments. You need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. Experience in gerontology, awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines are essential.
