The role includes coordinating care services, matching carers with clients, planning rotas, recording staff availability, and participating in on-call rotations.

- Participate in the on-call rota when required
- Willingness to cover the on-call phone (additional pay provided)
- Role is predominantly office based, with some need to deliver care within an extra care setting
