We are looking for a motivated and versatile Breakfast and Bar Assistant (Full-time) to join our team. This is not a typical waiter/waitress role — our assistant performs a variety of all-round duties , including food preparation, buffet management, kitchen porter tasks, table clearance and cleaning, hosting guests, and supporting bar service. Flexibility and a willingness to cover all these areas are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare breakfast items , including baking bakery products and warm food daily for the buffet in the oven

Refill the buffet according to daily demand

Assist with kitchen porter duties including cleaning and dishwashing

Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area

Provide excellent hosting skills by greeting and assisting customers warmly

Handle cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently

Support bar service including preparing drinks and maintaining cleanliness

Open and close shifts according to operational procedures

Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout your shift

Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel / catering industry or be looking for a change of career

Be open and communicative and have hosting skills, as well as a passion for the hotel industry

Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations

Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
