Job summary Working as a member of the small Orthopaedic Assessment Service Booking Team, you will be responsible for providing a booking service to the Orthopaedic Assessment Service in accordance with Trust policies and to ensure services are sensitive to patients' needs. You will be the first point of contact for patients, relatives and carer's accessing the Orthopaedic Assessment Service (usually by phone) and will involve entering patient details on to IT systems and booking appointments. …
