As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day, you’ll keep the good times flowing. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.
Role Overview
The White Rabbit is seeking a passionate, high-energy Front of House Server with proven experience in busy, fast-turnaround environments. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities and a positive attitude during peak dining hours.
Key Responsibilities
Manage busy stations smoothly during high-volume breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
Deliver energetic hospitality to both regular local guests and seasonal tourists.
Maintain fast ticket times by working closely with the kitchen and bar staff.
Anticipate guest needs and resolve service issues quickly with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Requirements
Proven track record in high-volume restaurant or busy pub settings.
Strong physical stamina to thrive during demanding, fast-paced shifts.
Flexible availability to work a dynamic rota including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
