WHAT YOU'LL DELIVER IN THE FIRST 6–12 MONTHS

- Own and evolve Neko's physical design standards across EMEA — ensuring consistency and excellence across all clinic and space touchpoints

- Lead concept development and design direction for new location rollouts, raising the bar for spatial experience across the organisation

- Translate Neko's brand and experience principles into clear, compelling physical environments — from test fits and layouts through to final delivery

- Partner with Project Managers, consultants, and contractors to deliver cohesive, high-impact spaces on time and to specificatio

- Build and contribute to Neko's Location Design Playbook, creating scalable standards that support rapid international expansion

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- 8+ years of experience in architecture, design management, or a related role within the construction industry.

- Strong creative design skills with high attention to detail.

- Demonstrated experience managing cross-disciplinary design teams and external consultants across complex projects.

- Broad knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards across European markets.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in design software (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and project management tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
