Are you ready to play a vital role in transforming healthcare delivery? We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven MSK Health Administrator to support our Musculoskeletal Rehab (MSK) team. This role is based at Brighton General Hospital with travel to Princess Royal Hospital and Hove Poly Clinic as required to cover admin annual leave and admin sickness.

Main duties of the job
a) Ensure accurate data input using patient administration systems such as SystmOne.
b) Provide high-quality reception duties, greeting and booking in patients attending MSK and Pelvic Health clinics.
c) Work closely with the MSK team to ensure all documentation and correspondence are processed accurately and promptly.
d) Monitor and action incoming referrals and triage outcomes, escalating issues when necessary.
e) Support service audits, data collection, and performance reporting as required.
f) Uphold NHS values, promoting dignity, respect, and compassionate care in all interactions.
