This role is for 20 hours per week

The Role:

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to support the Ready to Wear department. You will work across cross functionally to support the team in administrative duties. Primarily supporting in inputting data into our ERP system, Prima to ensure everything is accurate, efficient, and connected.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Raising POs & GRNs using the Prima ERP system ensuring accuracy across all system loaded supplier and product information.

Expediting all live POs with suppliers and updating supplier ship and due dates on Prima.

Create and update reports on delivery status and supplier OTIF for internal team analysis and wider business updates.

Setting up all product and component information required in Prima (e.g. long descriptions, tariff codes)

Provide information required to support the issuing of all Long-Term Supplier Declarations to support compliance team

Setting up of any packaging items on Prima as required

Provide general administrative support to the Ready-to-Wear team

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to multitask

Passion for fashion, particularly ready-to-wear and luxury retail

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience using an ERP system is preferred
