Job summary

Team QEH have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our Administration Team in Rehabilitation Services. We are looking for an Administrator to provide administration assistance to the Paediatric Rehabilitation Team.

Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential for this post.

Main duties of the job

As part of yourrole you will liaise with other colleagues in the team to contribute to the smooth running of the department.

You will need to be well organised and able to deal with the public efficiently and politely. Previous typing/word processing skills are desirable for this post although not essential.

Arranging appointments and visits with parents/carers/schools over the telephone or by letter.

As a key aspect of this role you willneed to be able to use the Patient Centre information system in accordance with Trust procedures in a timely way to assist in co-ordination of care pathways (training will be given).

As the successful candidate you will be required to work to a very high standard.
