We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys providing high-quality administrative support, managing competing priorities, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to managers and colleagues across the business
Manage diaries, meetings, and appointments
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation
Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional manner
Organise meetings, including room bookings and preparation of meeting materials
Process and maintain confidential information in line with company policies
Support office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating with external suppliers
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and reporting requirements
Undertake additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or customer service role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
A professional, positive, and flexible approach to work
