Job summary
We're looking for a Team Manager to join our exciting new ADHD service for 18.5 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference from the outset and play an important role in helping us develop and deliver the service.

Main duties of the job
As the Team Manager you will provide operational management support to the PCS ADHD service ensuring its smooth running and the provision of a high-quality front-line customer service environment. You will be a key member of the management team working alongside the Head of Service and the services clinical leads to ensure consistent high standards of service are delivered.
You will manage the clinicians and administrators within the team, supporting the governance of the service, including providing information for performance management and the ongoing monitoring and delivery of key performance areas.
You will be responsible for coordinating clinical rotas, including managing holidays and other periods of absence and ensuring adequate cover arrangements are in place. The role involves significant organisational tasks, effective team working and a high level of communication.
The PCS ADHD service is working across the interface between primary care, voluntary sector and secondary services, with the aim of improving the mental health and well-being of our communities.
