Join our snack-loving team

We’re looking for a 24-hour Team Manager to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.

Who are we?

We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.

About the role

Are you a passionate people leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a 24hr Team Manager to play a key role in driving performance, developing colleagues and ensuring the smooth operation of our production site around the clock.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll lead and support teams across a 24/7 operation, helping to embed Intersnack Work Systems (IWS) ways of working while delivering against critical performance, quality and safety targets. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll be empowered to make decisions, solve problems and create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and colleague engagement. Working on a 12-hour rotating shift pattern, you'll be a trusted leader both during the day and out of hours, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional service delivery.

What is IWS?

The Intersnack Working System (IWS) is our approach to continuous improvement. It provides a structured framework that helps us improve performance, eliminate losses, develop colleague capability and build sustainable improvements across our manufacturing sites.

What’s in it for you?

We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:

Salary of £52,000, annual salary review and annual bonus opportunity (target 5%)

KP Pension Plan with up to 7% matched contributions

25 days holiday, with the option to buy up to five additional days, plus additional holiday after five years’ service

Comprehensive healthcare including Single Cover Private Healthcare, Health Cash Plan, Digital GP and Employee Assistance Programme

Electric Vehicle Car Scheme, supporting more sustainable and cost-effective travel

KP4ME benefits platform with discounts, cashback and wellbeing support

Enhanced family-friendly policies to support colleagues at every stage of life

What will you be doing?

Leading safe and compliant operations by taking ownership of Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Hygiene standards, ensuring all procedures, policies and statutory requirements are consistently met

Managing production performance and resources to deliver and exceed key operational targets across cost, quality and service, while maintaining stock control and delivering against production plans

Developing colleagues and building capability through coaching, mentoring and supporting teams in IWS ways of working, including problem solving, Daily Management Systems and continuous improvement activities

Providing operational leadership across a 24/7 environment by supporting Line Structure Teams, making effective decisions out of hours, managing escalations and working closely with Engineering and other functions to maintain production continuity

Creating a high-performing team culture through servant leadership, effective communication, performance management and, where required, leading investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings in line with company policies
